REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Srimaya, we are dedicated to ensuring that you're fully satisfied with your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality products, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one. Before initiating a return or exchange, please be aware of the unique nature of our products. As such, slight variations in design, stone color, shape, and size may occur due to the natural properties of the materials. All items are thoroughly inspected through a multi-step quality check process before they are dispatched. In the event that you need to exchange an item due to size issues or damage during transit, we will only offer an exchange for a product of equal or higher value.

Please note the following specifics regarding our return and exchange policy:

BANGLES: Ensure that you select the correct size for bangles before making your purchase. If the size is incorrect, it may be exchanged subject to availability, but it might need to be custom-made if the requested size is out of stock. Some designs may be discontinued or non-customizable, so please consult with our team via WhatsApp or refer to our size guide for guidance before placing your order.


EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  • NOTIFICATION: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@srimaya.in. Please include clear images of the item in its original packaging along with a valid reason for the exchange request.
  • DETAILS TO PROVIDE: Include your full name, contact number, delivery address, and order number in your email for our reference.
  • RETURN SHIPPING: Once your exchange request is confirmed, return the item to us within 1-2 days. Please provide valid tracking details for the return shipment, including the dispatch date. The product must be carefully packed in its original packaging, with all original materials (including any bubble wrap).
  • SHIPPING COSTS: You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product.
  • INSPECTION AND CREDIT NOTE: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the product is in acceptable condition, we will issue a credit note that can be used to purchase another product from our website within one year. We do not offer refunds for returned items.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • NO REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds for any products.
  • DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS: Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
